The Natadola Beach Resort will be known as InterContinental
Resort Fiji and will be managed by InterContinental Hotels
Group.

has more than 3,500 owned, leased, managed and franchised
hotels and approximately 537,000 guest rooms across nearly
100 countries and territories. IHG owns some of the oldest
and most widely recognized brands in the world including,
InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn, together spanning
every segment of the market, from luxury to the limited-service
sector.

The InterContinental Hotels and Resorts will
comprise 275 rooms which will be built according to the highest
international standards. The hotel will carry IHG's InterContinental
brand, a prestigious and truly global brand offering high
level of comfort and excellent services.

InterContinental is one of the top international luxury brands
with more than 50 years of heritage, having 136 hotels with
46,000 guest rooms worldwide. InterContinental Resort Fiji
will be located on a spectacular site on coastal land facing
Navo Island in the Natadola Bay, between Natadola Beach and
Sanasana Village. The western hillside of the headland slopes
gently down to the sea.
A beautiful landscaped valley will separate the InterContinental
Resort from the proposed Natadola Residential Development.

Located 40 minutes’ drive from Nadi Airport, InterContinental
Resort Fiji will be one of Fiji's most up-market hotels. The
architecture will be of modern Fijian character incorporating
steeply pitched roof forms, stone cladding and louvered elements.
The resort's beachfront and grounds will be landscaped to
complement the unique nature of the site, creating an idyllic
environment.

Proposed facilities include a mixture of guest accommodation
precincts comprising beachside rooms, garden water-view rooms
and hilltop villas with plunge pools. Other elements include
separate adults’ and children’s swimming pools,
extensive meeting facilities, specialty restaurants, a club
lounge and a stand alone spa. Adjacent to the InterContinental
will be the 18-hole championship golf course and racquet club
designed by Vijay Singh. Completion scheduled for end of 2007.
